1. Sanction building plan

3. Sanction Layout plan.
4. NIT NOC for Mortgage.
5. Detailed estimate certified by Civil Engineer or Architect.
6. Title Search report for last 13 years from our penal advocate.
7. Sale Deed/lease deed (current+previous).
8. Akhiv Patrika.

10. 7/12 Extract.
