New Layout project on Hingna Road

PROJECT

We are pleased to announce the launch of New Layout project on Hingna Road. Hingna road and New outer ring road are the Educational hub of Nagpur Maharashtra, and the New Layout Project will facilitate Education and Business with ease.

MIHAN PROJECT

Multi-modal International Cargo Hub and Airport at Nagpur (MIHAN) is an airport project for Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar International Airport, Nagpur. It is the biggest economical development project currently underway in India in terms of investments. The project aims to exploit the central location of Nagpur and convert the present airport into a major cargo hub with integrated road and rail connectivity.

The project has already spurred a real estate boom in Nagpur with property prices increasing 25 to 40 percent. Project is expected to add 12 million people to city’s population by means of direct and indirect employment.

NEW OUTER RING ROAD

NHAI is constructing four-lane outer Ring Road including construction of Kamptee-Kanhan and Nagpur by pass and maintenance of four-lane section constructed by Public Works. Department (PWD). The total length of the project is 117 Kms including 95 Kms from Khawasa (MP border ) to Wardha Road. The total cost of the project is Rs. 1,170 crore. The road between Mansar to Kanhan is already open for traffic .
